Similar to suicide runs, we always start off at the base…

Eight different stations of increasing brutality were laid out for the Pax to enjoy.  The air was so thick it was providing additional resistance as we ran to the next station.  Little did the Pax know when they began that you always have to return home…

Start off with Station 1, followed by Station 1 then run to 2, then Station 1, 2, and 3…and you get the picture for the entire period.   Oh and don’t forget to do Bernie Sanders on the way back to Station 1.  Everybody was enjoying the workout and there was no complaining the entire time.

Finished off the work out with COT, Prayers, and Coffee.
