The Thang: 4 corner escalators today. YHC brought out 4 buckets (YHC does not own cones) and set them out in a square.

     Round 1

Cone 1: 10 Merkins, bear crawl to Cone 2

Cone 2: 10 Merkins, 20 Squats, crawl bear to Cone 3

Cone 3: 10 Merkins, 20 Squats, 30 Flutter Kicks (4 Count), bear crawl to Cone 4

Cone 4: 10 Merkins, 20 Squats, 30 Flutter Kicks (4 Count), 40 But Kis’s on curb, crawl bear to Cone 1.

     Round 2: Same as round 1 but no bear crawls/crawl bears, run instead

     Round 3:

Cone 1: 10 Derkins, bear crawl to Cone 2

Cone 2: 10 Derkins, 20 Lunges, crawl bear to Cone 3

Cone 3: 10 Derkins, 20 Lunges, 30 American Hammers, bear crawl to Cone 4

Cone 4: 10 Derkins, 20 Lunges, 30 American Hammers, 40 SSH (4 count), crawl bear to Cone 1.

     Round 4: Same as round 1 but no bear crawls/crawl bears, run instead

     Mosey around school

Cone 2: 10 Carolina Dry-Docks,  20 Squats, run to Cone 3

Cone 4: 10 Carolina Dry-Docks, 20 Squats, 30 LBCS, 40 Mountain Climber, Back to flag.

Personnel Notes:

• Grey Poupon – called Burpees during Mary, a true Cheetah HIM for this.
• Dr. Thunder – brought the THUNDA today as he always does, was sad YHC was not in his short-shorts
• Scanner – crushed it as always, got exposed to mountain climbers for the first time today somehow!
• Wiggum – cruised in a “Wiggum o-clock” during the warm-up, always glad to have him out!
• Cuban – led the charge today during the workout, was very excited that every one of his chickens are laying eggs now!
• Z93 – killed it this AM, it was finally warm enough out for him to break a sweat!
• Tebow – crushed it as always, probably wished he was still on his cruise!
• Geppetto – not a single rep was down out of form, a textbook F3 HIM.
