Right Here, Right Now- the FNG Extravaganza!

Started with standard warm up, intro of the FNGs

Around the block- mosey-ed around circle tracker stopped at 20 intervals for various standard and non-standard- doing reps of 12 or 24.  Exercises included, merkin, SSH,Carolina dry docks, LBC, high knees, 6 inches, flutters.  Always coming back to pick up the 6 and all exercise started together and most were all in candence

Proceeded to amphitheater Right here right Now (VH) with burpees on Sammy Hagar’s -“Right Now”

Next to coupon trio, with curls for the girls, deep skull crushers and presses

headed back to resume around the block and completing paved track of park

Had PAX reflecting on being men of action and optionally committing and sharing an action each have been putting off

Back to Flag with Indian run, and completing the last 3 minutes with 7 mins to Mary

Welcomed 4 FNGs that were EH to AO, then a Lamb Chop reach out to 2 FNG that were already on site!
