In an homage to Maaco, we did one SSH, and away we moseyed with our coupons up the hill to the track around the softball fields.
THANG 1: Ring around the arena
We did four exercises: walking shoulder press, walking coupon curls, walking coupon lunges, and walking rifle carry. We did each of those exercises for at least half of an arc around a softball outfield, and after each exercise we we ran around the track and back to the coupon. The better part of three miles in total. In hindsight, the lunges were pretty awful.
