FNG Welcome Big Lick, Two weeks in a row we have had an FNG!!

Blah blah Mosey, blah, blah warmarama…..

Stayed in the parking lot and one pax would run the small lap while the rest performed an exercise. No count on the reps as this was all about form. Once everyone took a lap we would rotate to the next muscle group. (upper body, legs and core) Once we made it through one round we took the big lap of the parking lot and began the next round continuing a rotation through each muscle group.

Finished with a few minutes left for some mary. (Not that my weak core wanted anything to do with more core work)
