as partners

400 Curls

300 Over head press

300 Squats

100 Merkins

While one partner is doing the exercise the other is over head carrying their coupon 50 yards out and back

For over head press that partner is doing lunges 25 yards out and back.

Once finished placed coupons back

circle up and performed LBCs until everyone had Farmers carried Thor’s hammer about 50 yards and back.
