Roll of the dice

With no clouds in the sky, I had to make sure I was at the right location.

For warm ups we did some 11s – shoulder taps and Squats.

With a good sweat forming we hit the tables to try our luck at craps. Each led to exercises – mostly big boys and merkins – with the only reprieve being a lap if someone crapped out and rolled a 7. 20 rolls later and still no 7s. We did add in some laps and finished with a whole bunch of burpees. What started as a nice trip to Vegas finished with a lot of unpleasantness. Kind of like real life.

We got back to the flag in time for some Freddy Mercurys then the COT

Great to see some old friends after being gone awhile. Looking forward to getting back out there again, hopefully in a typhoon or something.
