• Perform Reverse Lunges and run from one end of the mounds, over 3 mounds, to the far side and perform Monkey Humpers while perched on top of the mound for all to see!
• This turned out much worse than expected, our legs were screaming

Moseyed back to Etowah River Park stopping to knock out 10 burpees  at multiple spots to get to 100 reps (and then some)
