Round 3 – Copperhead Squats

Do the work OYO then Mary-go-round at center of the parking lot until the 6 is in. Complete 2 more sets of core exercises all together before proceeding to the next round of Route 66.

1 ‘merkin, then 4 Air Presses in a kneeling postion.
Repeato with 2 and 8, 3 and 12, and so on until final set is 10 ‘merkins ant 40 air presses.

Persuasion is how we initiate movement in others. Persuasion is an essential skill in order for the group to accelerate towards advantage.
Men persuade one another in word and in deed (men need to see in your actions that you mean what you say, but I most will not be persuaded by your actions alone.) Thus – what you say and how you say it, and also what you do and how you do it, are influencing the men around you.
Humor, good form, consistency, and simple, clear, concise communication will all contribute to being more effective in persuading another man towards advantage. Above all, is relationship. All these ingredients are helpful but they will fall short if a man doesn’t believe you care for him and respect him – so if we build better relationships we can better serve those our sphere of influence.
