It was a Glorious Morning for a beat down. Lots of 2.0’s showed up today.

Moseyed to the front lawn of Hobgood Park for introduction and warm up.

Split into 3 groups for 3 sets of Pull-ups (7), Merkins (17), and Squats (23) Rotating after each exercise.

Then to the Plank Retainer of Playground for some Dips (20), then Right leg step-up knee raises (20), Dips (20), then Left leg step-up knee raises, delayed Dips (15).

Finally did a series of calf raises (20 right, 20 left, and 20 both feet).

Moseyed to the football field.

From the goal line Bear Crawls to the 50 yard line stopping at the 10 for 1 Merkin, 20 for 2 Merkins, 30 for 3 Merkins, 40 for 4 Merkins, and 50 for 5 Merkins.  Plank for the 6.

Final exercise was Deconstructed SSH starting with 7 and working our way down to 1.

Time was called and we moseyed back to the flag with our shoes full of rubber pellets.

COT – We combined with Woodshed for several 2.0 FNG’s. War Towne welcomed Jack Bauer’s 2.0 daughter we named Spike. Prayers for 6th man and all Pax dealing with balancing life and family.

It was fun to have friends Bubba Gump,  his 2.0s Bed Head, Ruff Rider, and Shark Tank from down range in Tennessee.
