Wow, I think Bonilla pressured me harder for a backblast than I pressured Z93 for one at the Armory.  Damn man, give it rest!

YHC needs hills and hates hills, The Mole apparently hates hills too, he said something to the tune “I f*&king hate you”.  I took it personally and cried on Catalinas shoulder the whole time, that is until Catalina tripped,  nearly broke his toe and miraculously caught himself…and I can’t keep up with The Mole anyway.

Oh yea, we ran a loop and all received the good pleasure of running the Cherokee St hill in the rain, at least twice and for some thrice.  It rained…it sucked…and a good time was had by all, except me since The Mole doesn’t like me anymore…

The greatest takeaway of the day came from Panhandle…he rolled up…said nothing…and just ran in the rain.  The weight of his sadness was felt by all, however he was an inspiration to all of us.  Pan said it best, he did not want to be there and also knew it was the place he needed to be most.  He was suffering mentally and suffered a little physically.  We love you Pan and I think you know we all have your back if you need anything…
