After a one minute rest (exile futzing with bluetooth pairing for an uncomfortably long time) commence with the Bring Sally Up Merkin Challenge – 3 minute song, 30 merkins, constant holding of plank either high or low as the song says “Sally up” or “Sally down”

Mosey back to the flag, stopping at 4 of the 8 stations for additional rounds of merkins.
