Running at MorningWood involves running up and down and up and down. Lots of hills. I wonder if Grandmar Chase is as bad the other way. So we ran down Gaddis and up around Woodmont countercockwise. Yep it is still up and down. It really doesn’t matter where you run in that area, its a lot of hills.

On August 15, the Chick-fil-a Moove it 5k, is in the morning. Area 13.1 half marathon is in the evening. Sounds like a perfect CSAUP event to run 16.2 miles for the day. Sign up. We are going to have a MorningWood v. Flyin V challange. That sounds like a dirty CSAUP.  Who is in?
