YHC had MY ADIDAS laced up for some Run DMC’s. Run this way 25 dips, 25 merkins, 25 crunches. Then run that way, rinse repeat exercises. When PAX completed 100 reps of each exercise YHC wasn’t feeling particually TRICKY. So we did a new variation 25 durkins, 25 monkey humpers, 25 Carolina dry-docks, run this way and rinse and repeat… until the run turned into a WALK THIS WAY. PAX all finished together and with very little mumble chatter… this pleases YHC, Jam Master Jay, and Rev. Run.. notably absent and unpleasing Lucky Charms. C’mon bro, where are you?

I do know there was talk of setting OJ up with Stopwatch’s daughter and much of the PAX stayed after to partake in the 8.43 air chair for George Floyd (thank you Vespa for leading this, truly an honor to do this with you)
