• 10 yard walking lizard stretch
• 20 yard high knees 
• 20 yard butt kicks
• 20 yard right leg high step karaoke
• 20 yard left leg high step karaoke

The Thang:

1.25 miles of 200 yard Farticides (Fartlek Style Speed Intervals) on football field.  PAX began at goal line, RUN at uncomfortable pace(easy sprint) to 10 yard line then jog back to goal line, then to 20 yard line and back to goal line, then to 30 yard line then back to goal line, and continue until 100 yards, then begin working back to start, 90 yards back to goal line, 80 yards back to goal line, 70 yards back to goal line. etc etc. until done.

Circle Up for the song Roxanne by the Police – hold plank position and Merkins to every Roxanne said during the 3+ minute song.
