13 Pax showed up for the beatdown. We did an Indian Run to Chat Tech. Warmup was Imperial Walker, Wood Picker, Weed Picker, Copperhead Squat and SSH. Indian run back to amphitheater and did some 11s. Round 1 Mike Tyson and Bobby Hurley, Round 2 Peter Parker and Burpees, Round 3 War Hammer and SSH. We sprinted to the first set and Bernie Sanders to the second set. We ended in a COT.
