Redline start at the Race Track at Rte 20 and HWY 5 split, address is 9665 Knox Bridge HWY, Canton, Ga 30114. Runners, went South up a steep climb on HWY 5, to left on Bells Ferry to next left on Marietta Rd to go down big hill into Canton over 575, Rt at stop sign E. Marietta St. up big climb past Downtown Kitchen, left on E Main Street down to left on Anderson Ave before CVS across from the YMCA, another big climb up the big hill, left on Marietta Highway, still on big hill toward CHS, right into Boling park, to first right after basketball courts for one of my favorite hill repeat locations, loop that twice for fun, then back out of boling to RT onto Marietta Hwy back to Race track for the last climb of the Gloom. Finished a very hilly 6.30.

Rucker’s were led by by @Superdave who gave the Rucker Pax a fine tour of Canton GA! Up and down terrain through DT Canton, to the inevitable Kudzu Climb out of the valley of Cartersville Street! Some say there was bush sacking and others denied it. Who knows? Finished a strong 4.08 miles.

YHC was glad to see 12 Men at 5am ready to get to work.

COT: YHC prayed for all PAX and families to stay strong during this Covid season of life and to have a safe holiday weekend.

Naked Moleskin: @bradybunch killed it today running his 1st 10k, with a ton of hills to boot. He was in Beast Mode today, and YHC saw a message from him saying, “I feel pretty good!” Cheers Brother! Rest up because there are many miles to come???????? Great Work!
