We have tried to complete a walls of Jericho with sand bags around the school several times and have never finished. I decided to give it a whirl without the bags. 7 Rounds, 7 reps of 7 exercises and a lap after each round.

Squats, Star Jumps, Lunges, BBS, Flutter Kicks, Hello Dolly and Leg Raises. Did I mention this was going to be all abs and legs today? Well, now you know. 🙂

We were just finishing up with the last lap and Goose drove by like he was about to perform a drive by shooting. He was informed of the incorrect time by nightcrawler.  We met him back around the front of the school and got in our seven minutes of mary.
