Saluki booked himself at The Rock and Murph City.  YHC believes that he could have Q’d both, but he asked this guy to take the Q at Murph City.  YHC has been focusing on running recently to prepare for Sky 2 Summit, so why not jump back in to the upper body shenanigans with some pullups and merkins.

We partnered up and DORA’d the full Murph.  While the first pax did the exercise, his partner ran to the parking lot and did 5 burpee broad jumps.  He had a piece of chalk with him to mark his progress.  When the pax switched, the next guy started his burpee broad jumps from that mark.  It took us 9 rounds to get through all of the exercises.  We moseyed up to the parking lot after round 9.  Staying with your partner, one pax would bear crawl from the beginning of the parking lot to the last chalk mark, while the other pax ran suicides based on the chalk marks that he and his partner had made.  Once the bear crawler made it to the end, they switched.
