YHC wanted to help my fellow Pax get ready for GTE-31 with a little Ruck PT and of course some rucking.

We started off with a warm up of sun gods, michael phelps, weed pickers, and then stretch on your own.

I took some ruck workouts from my Heavy Drop Training and applied them to make us stronger. We started out doing some upper body exercises.

Ruck on push ups

Ruck Curls for the girls

Ruck overhead strict press

Ruck High Pull

and finally, Ruck Bench press while on your six

Once we completed all of these exercises with multiple rounds each, we started our ruck. We headed from the Amphitheatre over to Chattahoochee Tech. From there we completed the low body PT portion.

Lower body consisted of the following:

Ruck Squats

Ruck Calf Raises

Ruck Sit-Ups with ruck brought overhead

4ct Flutter Kicks with Ruck overhead

Once we completed this as a team, we continued our ruck to Woodstock City Church to Rope mill and back to the Start point.

Once back at the start point, I had a surprise waiting… We grabbed a 60#, 80#, and a 120# sandbag to carry as a team around the amphitheater twice. Once completed we ended in COT and a few of us had 2ndF/Breakfast at Waffle House afterwards
