Start at canyons run to 92 turn around at Burger King and then back up Main Street to end of the sidewalk and then back to canyons.  5.25 ish miles.  It was a steamy morning with the humidity.  Prayers for Nesquicks mom has a doctors appointment for kidneys and Hank Hill to find motivations and dedication to get back on track with coming out for beat downs.  Thank you for coming out to The Flying V
