We did laps in a 25 yard x 80 yard parking lot, doing an exercise (below) in each corner of the lap, Dora style. One partner does an exercise in the corner as long as it takes the other to walking lunge (short side) or mosey/Bernie (long side) to the next corner. Then the PAX that went to the next corner does the exercise while the other follows (walking lunge or mosey/Bernie). Continue around to each corner doing the exercises on the list below in order, 1 exercise per lap. Get a new “staying” exercise each time you make a lap around.
To mix things up we let the PAX decide if they would stay or go each time. This gave PAX opportunities to stay or go with different groups in each corner for, you know, 2ndF stuff!
