Intro:

In honor of the Braves making their way to the first Atlanta World Series since ’99 and getting the first WS win since ’96, we did a baseball themed BD this week.

Warm-o-Rama:

Weed Pickers, Imperial Walkers, Sun gods, Michael Phelps

The Thang:

We mosey’d to the field, split up into 4 teams of 3, and each team made their way to their respective “base” on the “baseball diamond”. (Thanks to Peabody for the cones.)

Counts are cumulative for the team:

Home Plate: 30 Burpees

1st Base: 60 LBCs

2nd Base: 90 Pickle Pointers (which smallworld “pointed” out was advanced for 2nd base)

3rd Base: 120 Squats

Each time your team made it back to the base they started at, they scored a run. We did this for 25 minutes.

Team 1 scored the most runs, so they picked the next exercise for us while they mosey’d to the other end of the field and back. Then team 2 mosey’d while the other three did the exercise team 1 picked (which was weed pickers this time), and so on. After all teams had mosey’d we ended with some mary and mosey’d back to the flag.
