Christmas Themed Beatdown

Reindeer run – Indian run with high knees

Gift giving – split into two teams with 6 cinder blocks on each side of the parking lot.  Teams rifle carried blocks across to deliver gifts to the other team and lunged back.  Side with least blocks won.

C – Bear Crawls

H – Bunny Hops

R – Run up a Hill

I – Imperial Walkers

S – Squat Jumps

T – Turning Planks

M – Monkey Humpers

A – Alligator Merkins

S – Step back Lunges

Finish up with the Jingle Bells song – on chorus we did plank jacks and side straddle hops during the rest
