An unpleasant time was had by all doing hill repeats on the Gaddis Rd. “Bump.”  Pax ran .7 miles from the flag to the bottom of the hill, then diligently trudged up and down the hill in the gloom, amassing nearly 1000 feet of elevation and over 4 miles in 45 minutes.

FMB came pretty close to leaving some merlot in the tennis court parking lot at the end….but we all recertified our SMR credentials as well.
