It is always an honor to Q. YHC always feels inadequate and outclassed when leading the men of F3. YHC has been at this for a while but still feels like a piker. This beatdown was no exception… but when @PB puts the name on the Q sheet, it is in the Pax best interest to show up!

Eight Pax started the morning with a long mosey to putting green. After a brief disclaimer came the WOR:

SSH IC x 10, Windmills IC x 10, Weedpickers IC x 10, and maybe some more exercises.

The Thang:

11’s – 1 burpee at the bottom of the hill, 10 burpees at the top (132 total). About half way through @Tackleberry drives up and decides to participate.

Mosey to pavilion to pick up a coupon and over to the kitty box.

Bear crawl across 3 volleyball courts dragging coupon. – then 75 curls. Leave coupon and lunge back. Bear crawl to coupon for 50 curls, lunge back. Bear crawl to couple for 25 curls, lunge back. Sprint to Pavilion for 50 merkins. Sprint back to kitty box.

Murder bunnies across 3 volleyball courts (it was about this time YHC looked over to see @PopUp doing all the work but doing it outside the sand – it was only later YHC learned @PopUp hates sand) – 75 squat thrusters. Murder bunnies back. Murder bunnies back (again) – 50 squat thrusters. Murder bunnies back. Murder bunnies back (again) – 25 squat thrusters. Murder bunnies back. Sprint to play ground – 25 pull ups, sprint back to kitty box.

Bear crawl across 3 volleyball courts dragging coupon. – 75 kettle bell swings. Leave coupon and lunge back. Bear crawl to coupon for 50 kettle bell swings, lunge back. Bear crawl to couple for 25 kettle bell swings, lunge back. Sprint to Pavilion for 50 merkins. Pick up the 6.

Frankly, YHC never made it out of murder bunny row before time expired. In all likelihood, only @PB and @RugBurn finished. It was all kinda blurry.

YHC did recall seeing @Ratchet running laps while the rest went back to the flag for the COT. About the time the COT ended @Ratchet comes in and knocks out 20 burpees. The extra work may or may not have been in payment for low score in FF. Strong work!
