Small crew at The Perch today, but a good time was had.

We rucked. 40 lb sandbag rotated between each PAX every 5 minutes. Stopped at the Sports Field (yes, that is the real name). There each PAX did 10 sandbag burpees (ruck off), while the other Pax did 25 squats, curls and big boys OYO until all PAX were done.  (This is where the Soggy Bottom came from).  Continued the ruck, and the last few minutes we did a rotating sandbag rifle carry to the flag.

Great time and great coffeeteria.
