Today was Q’s choice day at The Roundabout, so I chose to play some frisbee. We started out with a long mozzy around and onto the rightmost court. Here we did the-

The Thang

Staying on the tennis court, we played jackpot with the frisbee. If you didn’t catch it, you had to do 5 SSHs while the people switched. If no one caught it, we all had to do 3 burpees. We continued this until it was time to put it into practice.

We took a long mozzy around to the small field near the back tennis court. Here we played some 2v2 ultimate frisbee, switching the teams around every few points. After some slips and slides, we mozzyed back to the flag for the-
