YHC was struggling today, late night with the kids, new puppy up at 3:30 to potty, it was a rough morning and the beatdown hadn’t even started yet.

THE THANG: 11s Evil Twin

• Top of Easy Mtn, start with 10 Man Makers with the sandbag and decrease by 1 rep each round
• Bottom of Easy Mtn, 10 HuRTkins, ALWAYS 10 HuRTkins (Hand-release at the bottom, T at the top)

It was terrible. No one finished. Everyone got to 3 or 4 reps of Man Makers. Over 3.5 miles. Happy Jack strikes again.z
