WTF

How did we end up with a Sooorie Q?  Sooorie has decided to haze his fellow Pax and neighbors by looking at the Q sheet and punishing the Radio Silence team for it being empty.

Pre run

It happened but Sans Sooorie.

WARM-O-RAMA
Started with a  gentle mosey around, after much verbal complaining about pace, it added additional reps to Sooories Q.  His heart swelled.

Warm up-

As cusomary- Mission, and values + side straddle hop + SLOW weed pickers and a few other choice movements.

THE THANG

400 Meter run

50 pull ups

50 Dips

100 Merkins

50 Knees to elbows

50 Caroline Dry docks

100 LBC

400 Meter run

All these are done IN ORDER, with full standards in place.  Sooorie provided several alternatives should the PAX not be able to complete the standards.  Many but not all decided to take Sooorie up on his offer.

Started Pray with being thankful for the men next to us, and prayers since we were left behind as the remainder of Cherokee ventured off to the beach for spring break.
