Warm up- Pax joined woodshed for the early morning mumble chatter but at 7:00 AM, AO’s split and we mosied to the Ampatheater to collect our coupons.

Short warm-up of Side straddle hops, and some Merkins (because 100 merkins didn’t seem to be hard enough).

The Thang

1. 100 Merkins (single count) (sprint length of field, bernie sanders back)
2. Murder Picana a/k/a Rifle Bunnies: (10yd rifle carry, 20yd murder bunny) length of field and back
3. 100 LBCs (single count) (sprint length of field, bernie sanders back)
4. Broad jump length of field and back
5. 100 Kettlebell Swings (sprint length of field, bernie sanders back)

1. goblet squat escalator (sprint to top of hill)
2. Half-mile run (one lap around softball fields)
3. coupon curl escalator (sprint to top of hill)
4. Mile run (two laps around softball fields)
5. 50 burpees

To the astonishment of the entire Wartowne, this particular beatdown was painstakingly difficult.  Mumble chatter was kept to a minmum after the 200 years of Murder Picanas, as the lower posterior chain of the entire PAX was smoked.

Brad Pitt drank his tea this morning or had something to prove as he was the only PAX to come remotely close to finishing everything but the last 12 buprees.  If only he actually tried for those last two!

A subtle mosey ensued as we joined our Woodshed brothers for a fantastic time at the COT.
