Foreplay with Exile and Maaco from 0400 – 0700 which included 12+ miles, sandbag carries, bucket carries, monkey bars, army crawls on the turf, lots of burpees. It was fun.

Picked up the regular crew at 0700 and took them to the field.

As I type this, I realize there are several 1/4 mile runs that got left out of the original itinerary created by Westside, but in retrospect, I’m glad they weren’t there.

Got to witness the greatness that is part of F3 and that is the site Q responsibilities officially being passed off from Maaco to Farm Country and Green Mile. Love seeing these guys step up and out of their comfort zone to lead this awesome AO that I’ve been visiting since it’s inception 2+ years ago. Maaco thanks for leading us this past year. It’s been a rocky road at times, but you persevered through it all. A true HIM.
