Alternate after group finishes assigned exercise, next group picks up exercise

Group not doing assigned exercise does Spartans (begin by doing 100 yd sprints, 10 merkins x4 then walk to catch your breath, continue until group 2 relieves PAX – modify later to 2x sprints, then walk) Averaged about two rounds before the next group came in to switch up

5 burpees (40-45), 10 Star Jumps (80-90), 15 Dips (120-135), 20 American Hammers (160-180) (each PAX must do these while leading everyone in cadence)

End with 5 burpees together

Time to modify and be safe! It was oddly quiet for a Paragon beatdown during warmups until Garfield finally sparked some mumblechatter – aka making fun of the Q

Per usual, it took 5 min to just explain the beatdown due to mumblechatter involving Grylls wearing underwear with Drumstick’s image on it…was really weird

Tebow accused YHC of having nightmares the night before, resent that and probably true

Bayside has a quiet, intensity that is a bit scary when calling cadence

We let the two young PAX be at the end of our dip line, that was horrible as we got no rest

Ma Bell let YHC know he usually wants to vomit after the beatdown YHC Q’s – that was incredibly kind and sincere, went to cuddle afterwards

Ma Bell was asked about his moisturizer by Tinder…we’ll let you all take it from there

Rat Tail is a speedy demon and feels like he has been working out with us longer than he has, dude has wheels!

Red Hat blessedly had the wisdom to not push the American Hammers further than needed
