Bear in the woods… Bearcrawl for 25 paces, after 5 paces do the back half of a Mike Tyson. Crawlbear back 25 paces, after 5 paces do a Carolina Dry Dock. Do 25 Mike Tysons upon arrival at starting point. Repeat replacing Mike Tysons with Carolina Dry Docks. Repeat replacing Carolina Dry Docks with Merkins. Mosey to bus parking.

Block Party… Pax forms a circle. In the center of the circle is a bag containing blocks with an exercise written on it. Each pax selects a black and goes back to form the circle. For 1 minute each pax does the exercise on the block. After a minute, each pax rotates to the left taking on the exercise to the left. Continue for 10-12 minutes. Mosey to heartbreak hill.

Suicides up the hill (5 start jumps, 10 monkey humpers, 15 squats) followed by a lap. Repeat with 5 box cutters, 10 Rosalitas, 15 flutter kicks, run the lap. Repeat with 5 merkins, 10 diamond merkins, 15 burpees. Back to the flag.
