Spider lead the 2.0 themed BD starting with a quick mosey and warm ups, then moved to planks and pull ups.  Rounds of bear crawls were followed by sets of 21 LBC to commemorate the 21st, the first day of fall.  The Pax moved to the Bronco pull, where everyone took the challenge to pull the Bronco then using tow rope pull back to start, while others rotated with burpees with an imperial walker twist.  Welcomed FNG, Bari-taco to the Slab as well.
