Warm-a-rama

My standard 4:  SSH, Toy Soldiers, Weed Pickers, Arm circles

We jogged to playground and did 11s, starting with 1 pull-up on foot bridge and then 10 burpees on wood chips.  Gripping the end of 2×6’s got tough and we progressed.

Jogged back to the amphitheater and ran steps doing a mix of merkins and v-ups at top and bottom.

We did about 7 sprints and then had 2 minutes left for some stretching.

Happy E was the 6th man.  He asked for wisdom regarding work opportunities.  We learned he enjoys playing handball and racquetball when he gets a chance.

We were all soaking wet from the warm, humid weather.   Felt good.  Unfortunately no coffee at the end (insert crying emoji)!
