• Mosied half mile around track to roundabout
• 20 Side Straddle Hops
• 10 Weedpickerz
• 10 Merkins
• 10 Toy Soldiers

The Thang

• Mosied to the tennis courts
• Bear crawl down and back 4 times, full length of court, each time with a different exercise at either end
• Mosied to the field and each got a cinder block where we did an AMRAPs, with 45 seconds on, 15 second rest in between
• Each exercise was done 3 times consecutively, before we moved on to the next one
• Mosied back to the flag and time was up

It was great to see some different guys out at the box and encourage one another.  There was some chatter at the beginning, but died down a lil once we got to the block work.
