It was a brisk morning at 29 degrees……hopefully the last cold one of the season.  We mosie’d around the track before we had our warm-o-rama that consisted of 20 side straddle hops, 10 mountain poopers, 10 weed pickers, 30 squats, and 10 merkins.

We mosie’d over to the picnic tables and knocked out 30 dips before we started the main part of the BD…..see pictures.
