After a quick WOR including 10 OYO burpees we moseyed back up to the pavilion. Everyone did the escalator. It went by faster then anticipated so something was thought of quickly and burpees suck so we did 64 of them. Once the escalator was complete we did two rounds of 8s. Similar to 11s only you count up to 8 instead of 11.

Round 1 was burpees and burpees.

Round 2 was American Hammers and American Hammers.

Finished off with some Mary then the COT.
