We moseyed to a part of the parking lot and warmed up with SSH’s, Imperial Walkers, WeedPickers, and Michael Phelps.

The Thang:

SPRING Dora – we paired up – one person exercised, while the other ran a circle around the nearby section.

S – 100 Scorpion Dry Docks – switch legs every 10 count

P – Parking Space Tracer – we worked through this twice – lots of fun!

R – 150 Rockette Dips – it was a kick!

I – 150 Iron Mikes – yikes!

N – 150 Ninnie Knockers (4 count)

G – 200 Goofballs (2 count)

Then back to the flag for some Mary. We were all whooped. Great time and a beautiful morning. The birds are quite awake and singing while we sweat, huff, and puff.
