10 PAX including JoyCon woke up this morning to run around in a parking lot with YHC.

Moseyed towards the stairs long enough to make everyone second guess their decision to post @Colosseum and then hard turned in the opposite direction.  Ain’t no one got time for stairs.

Warmed up with Imperial Walkers, Side Straddle Hops, Weed Pickers, and Sun Gods and then moseyed to the starting point.

Beatdown was inspired by YHC’s glory days in the Awana Olympics, which involved lots of racing around a circle and then sprinting to the middle to grab bowling pins and bean bags.  Awana Olympics was the closest YCH ever got to any Olympics and, coincidentally, this beatdown was the closest any of the PAX ever got to Awana.
This circle had 4 points:
Point 1: Dive Bombers x 10
Point 2: Squats x 10
Point 3: Curls with coupons x 10
Point 4: Overhead Press with coupons x 10

Then sprint to the center for:
BBSU x 10
Flutter kicks x 10 2 count
American Hammers x 10 2 count

Rinse and repeat adding 5 reps to each point per lap.

YHC didn’t take into account that BradPitt would get 45 laps in or a cap and countdown on the extra reps would have been added.  LifeBoat and SnotRocket, despite being low on red blood cells, thought it was too easy and used 2 coupons for the curls and presses.  Fun was had by all and there was great rejoicing.

Moseyed back to the flag for some Mary of TBombs, Rosalitas, Box Cutters, multiple kinds of planks, and JLo’s.

Six man was Sega whose last day of school is today.  Prayers for wisdom as Sega and the M consider buying a home.  Prayers for LifeBoat’s mother, Thunderlips’ and DoughBoy’s 2.0s on the way, and all other PAX going through hard times.
