The BackBlast:

Toward the end of the day yesterday, it was announced that their was no Q for the Kodiak. What could YHC do but step up when needed?  No time to plan, which let’s face it is not something that YHC needs to do, I know the Kodiak like the Back of my Hand (hey when did they put that fence in).  I arose with ease, ate my granola bar, drank my coffee, black because who wants fru, and headed of to the Kodiak. Miyagi is standing having planted the flag while Doubtfire adds atleast 2 more layers.  Dude its only like 43 degrees and raining its not that cold.  Holy Crap, Harp is here. Now its a party right when Woody shows up as the LIFO.

We took off at 5:30 sharp not waiting for the cars pulling in to the parking lot, no worries, they are here for lacrosse.  Around the front of the school to lap around to the back, oh wait, when did they block that off for construction. We performed Hillbillies and then ran back the other way stopping for weed pickers and Michael phelps along the way. Got to the back by the bus route circle for a short track version on the Cooper that we called the Bristol.  Woody had to pit early, but managed to fix the flat tire to take the checkered flag before YHC caught him. No wrecks, all pax finished with a total of 55 of each merkins, lbcs, and squats.

Time to line up along the bus lane curb for some fun with Hurpees (Hand release merkin + Burpee. Look it up in the lexicon as I wanted to atleast pull out one thing Miyagi had not found).  Lunge walk across the parking lot, 10 derkins on the guard rail, run back for 5 hurpees.  Repeated a few times changing thing up from time to time with backwards, lunges, American hammers, as stuff, but always finished with 5 hurpees.

Plenty of time to move to the stairs for a triple nickle consisting of 5 star jumps, 5 hurpees, running from one stair walk way to the next for 3 laps. YHC is heading to Philly and wanted to work on my Rocky Run.  Right now, Woody was acting like Rocky, coming from behind to make sure YHC remembered he was there to finish first with everthing.

Back to the flag for mary, oh wait Doubtfire likes the bleachers at the tennis courts and wanted a quick round of staggered merkins with one hand high and the other low.  Now back to the flag for a quick mary go round. Woody had us do some weird thing with American hammers and a Freddie mercury bicycle move that truly sucked while Doubtfire did something that at one point had YHC, Harp, Miyagi, and Woody all just sitting still while he called the cadence.

All in all a great morning.
