Lions Den Pax show up in large numbers and today didn’t disappoint.  In order to keep pax spread out and avoid two groups YHC decided to use the fabbled Lions Den bus lanes to keep ’em separated.  After mosey and quick warm-o-rama pax partnered up and headed to the bus lanes where Q instructions for each pair awaited.  Each pax had their own lane with a shared set of instructions.  The partner-up directive held no purpose other than to have a pax in the lane next to you for company.

Routine consisted transporting to the end of the lane via alternating bear crawls, lunges, side-lunge-squat, and broad jumps.  At the end of the lane an merkins, burpees, LBC’s or crunches awaited.  Once done back to the start of the lane via crawl bears, backward lunges, side-squat-lunge, or broad jumps where another round of merkins, burpees, reverse LBC’s or flutter kick was performed.  Two trips down and back and the bus was loaded.  Time to take the kids to school around the Freedom loop.  Four rounds pushed us right till time.

COT included announcement regarding the deck/ramp build Ice-T is coordinating.  On that note, Ice-T is true him when it comes to serving F3 and the community at large.  We are lucky to have him.  Prayers for Dump Truck who will welcome a new addition (Tow Truck? Flat Bed?) to his family next Tuesday.
