deck of cards-  hearts are merkins, diamonds are burpees, clubs are leg lifts, and spades are American hammers.

Play by yourself.. PAX draws a card. Adds 10 to the card value and does the corresponding exercise. Continue drawing until you have drawn a spade. Once you hit a spade, perform your hammers and then take a 1/2 mile loop. Rinse and repeat.
