Add Chicken Fight and Ring Pop… not on slack

Was eating dinner with the fiancé, crashing Downward Dogs date night, looked down at my phone and realized i had the Q. Even though YHC signed up for the 28th… oh well, I’m a proff…. not a professional I’m a experienced PAX.

The Thang

YHC had his trusty F3 card deck. Each PAX picked a card and we preformed exercise (x10) at each of the 6 points of the Blankets lot. Blow Pop, had 2 lucky drawls and pulled two aces. Thankfully Ring-Pop pulled high planks, thanks little guy. After two rounds we mosed to the top of River Church hill for 11’s and to pick up Dump Truck. Feeling the leg muscles PAX preformed Crunchy Frogs and Murkins. To celebrate the completion of our 11’s PAX did 10 Deconstructed Burpees… yay, go us!
