SSH; copperhead merkins; copper head squats

20 minutes of deep stretching of every muscle.  Last 4 minutes finished with yoga poses

Mosey back to clubhouse to circle up

Each pax planks and and one at a time performs a merkin and counts to 100.  While pax does their merkin everyone stays in plank.

Same method but with dips on the curb; then squats (air chair hold); then 6 inch leg holds to sit ups
