After the first round of 5 Man-makers Pax ran a lap then came back and added the 10 Squats to the 5 Man-makers then ran a lap. After every lap another exercise was added until all 6 were being done in one round. Once that was complete Pax either started completely over, or did the whole escalator then ran a lap.
