Our 1st edition of the new Rucking AO, SUB17.  This is a roving AO with a goal for each mile to be less than 17 minutes.  Today the HIMS started at the Holly Springs Kroger, we rucked over to the Holly Springs Police department to honor fallen office Joe Burson.  We were met by several news camera crews but we did not let that keep us from praying for the family of Officer Burson.  Biebs led us in prayer as we circled around the flag pole.

Overall we completed 4.25 miles with an average pace of 16.4 minute miles.  Great first BlackOps ruck.
