Our ruck head south from Aviation Park (Home of the Flight Deck) in Kennesaw hoping to keep a fast pace. We followed the Noon Day Creek Trail along Barrett Lakes Blvd, over to Cobb Place Blvd, and then to Vaughn Rd before taking the trail behind some buildings and closer to the creek.  This is a very flat area and was a beautiful morning for rucking; so we were able to maintain a fast pace.  We followed the trail all the way to Cobb Parkway before looping back and following the same route back to the Flight Deck.  Since we were maintaining a good pace we kept going past the Flight Deck to get some additional mileage before turning around.  We join the COT and enjoyed some coffee with the PAX at the Flight Deck this morning.

We were able to maintain a Sub 15 pace this morning averaging 14:53/mi with a total distance of 5.18 miles.
