Theme:  It’s a rucking AO with a specific focus on completing a set route with an average pace under 17 min/mile.  We rucked!

Route:
-start at Gazebo
-go out East Main to John Petit
-go down John Petit to Cherokee St
-go up Cherokee and around to Jeanette St
-go down Jeannette, turn right on East Main up to Brown Industrial
-turn around and go back down East Main to Golf Course Rd
-stay on this road until it dead ends into Marietta St
-turn right on Marietta and go hard to the Gazebo!

Goal:  YHC goal’s was to present numerous challenging hills located in the fine city of Canton that might slow us down and possibly make us miss the 17 min goal.  This crew destroyed the route by going 4.69 miles at a pace of 15:53 min/mile.

COT:  Prayed for families to stay strong.  Prayed especially for the F3 men to continue to get stronger to lead and guard their families.

NMM:  YHC always enjoys rucking and especially the challenge presented by this new AO to attack any route to beat a common goal as a team.  YHC would not declare success on this route if the team did not make it.  Happily we can say that all pax achieved this successfully.  Great job and kudos to Biebs and Bonilla for launching this new AO!
